, is a job-based program designed to address employee problems that are work related or personal. These problems may be a result of stress, or emotional in nature, or there may simply be a need for information.
The goal of an EAP program is to help employees identify the nature of the problem and locate appropriate resources that can effectively assist with the problem resolution in a professional and confidential manner. Personal problems such as, but not limited to, marital, family, emotional conflict, alcohol and drug misuse, legal, or financial difficulties, may be resolved through the use of an EAP.
